Translations for Canadian Citizenship Applications
We would be happy to assist you with the translations required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for your Canadian citizenship application. Our translations are accepted by IRCC, and we can provide them as scanned copies and/or original hard copies.
Our office is open to the public Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Examples of documents we commonly translate for Canadian citizenship applications include:
- Passport stamps from current and expired passports covering the last 5 years
- Police clearance certificates (if you have lived outside Canada for more than 6 months during the 4 years preceding your application)
- Birth certificates
Translations of passport stamps are separate from the copies of all passport pages required for the application. IRCC specifically states:
“N.B.: Passport(s) and travel document(s) stamps that are not in English or French must also be translated.”
If you send us copies of your documents or passport stamps, we would be happy to provide you with a free, no-obligation quote. You can send them by email or WhatsApp, or visit our office in person.
