Your documents in English usually have to be apostilled before you bring them to your appointment at the consulate. The consulate will let you know which documents you’ll need to translate, as the documentation is different depending on the type of visa you are applying for.
- The RCMP police clearance has to be apostilled at Global Affairs in Ottawa.
- The doctor’s note has to be notarized (certified copy) first, before you can apostille it. We can help you with that, we charge $50 for a certified copy.
